Since 1975, Bytown Travel Ltd. has provided a comprehensive suite of Corporate Travel Management services and Leisure Travel planning. We are proud to have the distinction of being the longest-serving, privately-owned travel agency in the Ottawa region. Our commitment to excellence in customer service, product quality and value has earned us a trustworthy reputation.

Bytown Travel began business as a corporate travel agency and not a leisure agency - which, at the time, was unique in itself. Since 1975, we have provided knowledgeable, experienced staff armed with the latest technology to provide the best fares and rates to our valued corporate clients. As travel technology entered the public domain, we provided our clients and travelers with the latest technology and travel tools available - a standard we continue to follow today.

In 2001, we saw a need for a 'service-oriented' leisure travel agency in the growing Orleans area. We opened Fallingbrook Travel & Cruise Centre to serve the residents of Orleans and east Ottawa with our personalized brand of customer service and wide range of vacation products, cruises and packages.

Similarly, in August 2004, we opened a leisure agency in south Nepean - Barrhaven Travel & Cruise Centre. Barrhaven continues to be one of the fastest growing communities in Canada and we are excited to be part of the communities growth and properity.

Our Fallingbrook & Barrhaven agencies both specialize in land and cruise vacations. We have first-hand knowledge of the most popular destinations, resorts and cruise ships around the world.
